Since I started leasing to Goldstep, my rent has been paid on time every single month, without fail. No more chasing anyone down — it just shows up.
Everything about the property is taken care of — lawns, snow removal, all of it. I don't have to think about maintenance anymore.
Goldstep treats my home like it's their own. The care they put into the property gives me total peace of mind.
I used to deal with awful tenants who caused nothing but headaches. Since switching to Goldstep, I finally have real peace of mind.
Honestly, it's a no brainer. I never have to worry about the condition of my home — Goldstep just handles it.
Handing my property over to Goldstep was the easiest decision I've made as a landlord — a guaranteed cheque every month and zero stress.

Great location and great host! Extremely responsive and friendly. When I had any issues they worked with me to make sure I felt right at home.
Very nice place that makes you feel at home and peaceful!
Goldstep's home was perfect for our work stay. Beautiful basement apartment and upstairs. Very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Would certainly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.
It is a big home in a subdivision but there is a beautiful conservation area a 5 min walk up the road where I walked every morning. I spotted several deer and a coyote which was a lovely way to start each day.
We enjoyed our stay, the house is accurate with the description and feels comfortable.
Great place to stay! Would stay again.
Overall it was a good place for my family to meet some of my sister's family from out west. A great place for larger occupancy.
Great stay, place was very spacious. Host was quick to respond to any questions asked. Looking forward to booking again.
We had a fantastic stay and couldn't have been happier with our experience. The property was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Having a large group, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free place to stay.
Place was great! Had 13 guests, fit everyone well and was as described!

We had a nice stay in Goldstep's place.
The home was very nice and exactly as described. There was a nice view out the back patio door of a pond and forest, close to a grocery store and restaurants.
Beautiful place! Loved that it was right by a pond, enjoyed having our morning coffees by the water with the ducks. Very friendly and responsive host. Spacious home made our stay very comfortable.
What a beautiful and peaceful stay! This space had everything I needed and the host was wonderful and attentive. It's those details that make a booking amazing. Thank you so much for a great stay!
Spacious home. Large open kitchen/dining/living room with a 65" flatscreen TV. 3 full bathrooms plus a main floor powder room. Great place for my golf group to stay. Kitchen set up was great for making breakfasts.
My family and I enjoyed staying at Goldstep's place. The house is very spacious and clean. I would definitely stay again.
